Civ VI Funny/Strange Screenshots

So I just acquired Edfu but the game left me with this enclave... Probably the Antiquity Site but I don't remember this ever happening before. Oh well, I'm sure Chadi Mapu will also want to join my art cult soon.

Nice colony (to be): 4 oil and 3 coal (one under the worker).

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature. China is both allied with me and with India. When I bomb the Indian city the Chinese Mech provides anti air support to the city.

My victory was so awesome, it doesn't even have a name.

Wasn't sure what would happen after I conquer all the cities when I disable all victory settings except for Score victory. I had to end this game, the turn times were getting ridiculously long. I'm a masochist for even finishing this game. It's not easy to manage around 150 cities. This game seriously needs an option to run commercial projects indefinitely. Having 9 spots in the queue isn't enough, especially as Australia when I frequently got 100% production from liberating city states. Each project would only take 1 turn and so every 9 turns I would have to reassign production. This was just painful. It was easily my highest score in my Hall of Fame.

Did you know the 'Concise UI' mod has this option? I use it all the time. :)

Colossus of Rhodes Caught In Flagrante Delicto!

I believe, there can be little doubt, if any at all, who was the arsonist this time.

The sketch of the court artist convinced the last doubters – even the pattern of the flames looks close enough:

Colossus of Rhodes was convicted unanimously by the jurors of the arson of the Theatre District and All It's Buildings, and sentenced to perpetual penal confinement on an isolated penitentiary islet just off the coast, despite the futile and laughable efforts of the defense to frame some innocent passer-by who reportedly was called Hurricane or something like that. Prosecution just could not locate a fellow by that name despite its best efforts. Case closed and not subject to appeal.

There probably lives some grumpy conservative who doesn't care about your artsy things and that farm is his land and he doesn't want you there

Ah yes the Victory here is made out of Victory

This guy really, really, really, really, and I mean really hates democracy... (he wouldn't be as angry if I burnt half the world down than if I had started giving my citizens the right to vote...)

This is reverse of that 'I love democracy' meme

It's a quarantin hospital now

Previously, we could build pastures for our friends the cows, the horses and the sheep.

Spoiler :
But I suspect the French to try with a brand new specie.

A volcano pillaged the pasture and erased the Cattle from the tile. Somehow, I can repair the pillaged pasture but there is nothing in it, since you know, volcanoes tend to have the infamous habit to transform a pile of living something into a pile of ashes.

What's funnier is, what good is the pen if you put the cattle outside the pen (northwest of the lost Cattle)? :p

That's the old story of too many Government Departments and poor communication between them. The Department for Facility Development decided that Pasture will be there but the Department for Employment Control doesn't have a person to work there. Or it's a propagandistic Pasture that's supposed to increase Average Pasture count statistic for EU Directives even though there's noone to work there. Eleanor is five parallel universes ahead of the byrocrats from EU.

Or they established a separate Ruminant Relocation Bureau and staffed it entirely with younger nephews of Senators - always a guarantee of Bureaucratic Inertia and Malevolent Inactivity.

Having received numerous reports that the cattle tended to leave the enclosures and then disperse in the surrounding meadows without trace, the ruler sent a dedicated team with strict orders to dig the lush grass out of the bowels of the earth, if they needed to.

Honestly, I can't forget the first time shock when I saw that an erupting volcano melted away a stone resource. Now I try to harvest/chop anything harvestable/chopable in the volcano risk tiles.
