Civ2 Maps converted Pack 4 (Hungary, Indus Valley, Philipines)

This is a group of maps converted from civ2 maps using Gramphos multitool utility with some minor correction.
They don't include any resources (you can randomize them if you want in the editor).
These maps are not made by me so if one of the map creators does not want them to be converted, let me know and I will have them erased at once.

Pack 5 should normally include :

- Cyprus
- Peloponesian Greece
- Red Sea

Pack 6 should normally include :

- Peru/Ecuador
- Vietnam
- Baltic States (Estonia to Luthuania) and Eastern Prussia

A bit but not that much. I corrected some problems with coasts and flood plains but otherwise I did not change them and I did not add resources. So there are basic but I still thought they might be useful for some people (though not much reaction yet).

I was wondering if someone could convert the Hungary map for Vanilla Civ3.

These is kind of dumb but, are there really that few trees in the Indus Valley region or do more have to be put in?
