I recently purchased a copy of Civ3 Complete. Before, I used Steam to play Civ3, but then my account shut down, so I bought a disc copy. Prior to my purchase, Civ3 was working fine; however recently, it randomly stops working.
I am using Windows 7. I have "run this program as an admin" checked and I disabled visual themes. Likewise, I tried running compatibility modes for: Windows XP (service pack 2 & 3), Windows Vista, and even Windows 98.
Sometimes, if I keep reloading my games, it works after the 5-6 try on any compatibility, but during the game it randomly stops working =/
Any suggestions or cures to this problem?
