I have modified the middle ages MP game for pbem play.
Background
In 843, the great empire of Charlemagne is divided into three parts. The Christian leaders of these kingdoms of Franks, Germans, and Burgundians each have a holy relic that needs to be returned to Jerusalem (to earn 10000 bonus VP). A fourth relic resides with the fledgling English nation. Play as Germany, France, England or Denmark. Who can rule the greatest kingdom of the Middle Ages by the year 1453?

Victory is by domination, conquest or VP's at the ends.This is a regicide game so protect your royal family or else you are dead.

All civs have been given an extra 2 settler/warrior (except abbasids who get 3 to help them protect Jerusalem) sets to make up for the open spaces left by missing civs from the original conquests game. Plus the tundra is a bit bigger (good suggestion Loulong)

Playable civs are Germany, France, England and Denmark.
AI civs are Abbasids, Byzantines, Kievan Russ and Cordova.

First off, this will be for C3C v1.22

After a slew of PBEMs screeching to a hault I've concluded that very few PBEMs of more than 4 people move efficiently, so, I am looking to set-up a unique 1 vs. 1 game, or series of games.

This idea also stems from the college history class that I am currently in. Right now we are discussing the Fall of France to Nazi Germany and how much was based on tactics, weaponry, diplomacy, etc. The tactics and weapons aspect has caused me to think of a different idea to implement into Civ3. After some thinking, I began to wonder what it would be like for two players to face off against each other…each with their own unique units. That’s right, I want to give to people the chance to make a completely modified industrial age army and then go head to head against each other to test both the ability of their units as well as their modern warfare skills.

So, here is the scenario. I am looking for two experienced Civ3 players (preferably some modding experience, although it isn’t required). I have a pre-made bic. that has each player beginning with 8 continental cities and 3 colonial cities (to cause some need for a navy). For further details, please see below.

Each player will begin the game with:
All techs up to Atomic Theory. This means you only have to research Combustion, Replaceable Parts, Flight, Amphibious Warfare, Mass Production, Electronics, Motorized Transportation and Advanced Flight.
16 Rifleman (7.7.1, 0 range bombardment of 3 with a rate of fire of 1 and worker strength of 100). Riflemen upgrade to an infantry unit of your choice.
11 Workers (Worker Strength of 200 and 2 Movement Points).
6 Cannons (1 Movement, 10 Bombard Strength, 1Bombard Range, 1 Rate of Fire). Cannons DO NOT upgrade!
4 Cavalry 1 and 4 Cavalry 2. Each cavalry upgrade to an infantry or armor of your choice.
4 Frigates, 4 Ironclads, and 2 Galleons (Frigates and Ironclads do not upgrade!).

NOTE:
TEMPLES (Infantry Recruiting Center) produce RIFLEMAN every 6 TURNS.
COLUSSEUMS (Cavalry Recruiting Center) produce Cavalry 1 every 8 TURNS.
CATHEDRALS (Elite Cavalry Recruiting Center) produce Cavalry 2 every 9 TURNS.
NAVAL ACADEMY will produce one SUPER CRUISER of your choice every 12 TURNS (Available with combustion).
(If one of the Cavalry shield cost is higher, than it is considered Cavalry 2!)

One notice concerning the modifying of your units, for the Attack and Defense Bonus the additional bonus points can be added to either attack or defense in any amount. For example, Infantry is: Attack and Defense Bonus: 4 Additional Attack or Defense Points; 1 Mod Point. This means you could add 0 points to attack and 4 to defense, or 1 to attack and 3 to defense, or 2 to attack and 2 to defense, etc. Go ahead and add these points to the combined set limit for a particular units attack and defense. So, for any unit they should have the attack and defense as well as listed modifications. Below is an example of infantry:

Infantry 1: Attack: 10, Defense: 10 2 Modifications: Attack and Defense Bonus, Hit Point Bonus.

C3C PBEM - WW2 Global multiplayer version

This is the multiplayer version of Rocoteh's WW2 Global scenario.

There will be 4 players playing this 8 civ game. The Axis player will play the 2 Axis civs ( Germany and Japan). The ally player will play the 4 ally civs (China, France, UK, USA). There will also be a player for the Russians and a player for the Neutrals.

Due to the fact that a number of fantasy mods are very close to either public release or version update ... Master of Myrror, War Hammer Fantasy, etc

A new PBEM Multi-Team (Democracy) game is forming over in the demogame multi-site forum. No information yet on game parameters. See the Multi-Team discussion / registry thread.

One advantage this game will have is that by having teams per side, dropouts don't hurt too much as long as the entire team doesn't drop.

WVCivnut as Japan forced the Allies to surrender.

Getting ready for a PBEM based on the WWII Pacific scenario, mostly for new comers.

Patch 1.22, Conquests.

5 players, very fast game, immediate action, great for a first PBEM.

VP level raised to 50,000 so that the game is more balanced.
