Civ3 PTW - Bug Reports - pirates hideout

Please have no mercy and zero tolerance for people who are either
copying game form friend
returning game to store and keep game on hard disk
acquire it somewhere illegally
who ever is asking for help and is not legal owner of game.

We have a 0 tolerance policy for anyone posing links to warez or cracks. We no longer, however, ban users for mentioning piracy as we've done in times past.

I think he's referring to those in the PTW bug forum that are admitting that they have a pirated copy of PTW, and are seeking technical support.
