Civ3onEarth is an updated version of KittenofChaos map titled the same, which is based on Marla Singers map of Earth. This version updated for PTW has updated recource placements in Britain and Germany.
Also the Celts start off in Ireland to make the scenario historical playable in the later centuries and plus so England has a rival.
I thought if the starting location was in modern day France this would hinder European development and make it too crowded.
Thus as there is also no Iron in Ireland i have made the celts UU not needing Iron.
To give the celts more of a chance in the next version i will give them a pirogue unit then.
Also Paratroopers and Marines have more strengh to be revelvent to modern day warfare.
Well more updates will come then.

New Version, Features a free flowing world of wealth etc with enhanced figures for wealth on recources etc, featuring Snoopys graphics, also new ways to make a great civ with trade in agriculture etc, play this new fast flowing new world with aggressive civs etc.

I will add new units soon aswell. I am currently adding new units to The World 1850-1900 scenario but i will do some for this mod soon. If anyone has any ideas for this mod just say and i will try and add them then.

New graphics to come soon and be added. More civs will be added and i will gradually update this mod into one which is more stable into one genre of mod when it progresses then.

You could put the Celts anywhere in the north really. The archealogical evidence points to them starting out in the Black Sea area and spreading out right across Northen Europe. The Black Sea area might provide a good balance for the Russians.
 
The thing is the mod can let countries be as large as they are, Russia seems to do very well as they spread like they do in todays world and there is an equal balance, also if the Celts are in Ireland this gives England more diplomatic contacts and someone to compete with for the British isles which would make both nations stronger in a way.

But its great to know that the celts do not have to start off in just one place.
 
I think Mongols can be a more suiable balance for Russians than Celts.It would be funny to see Celt towns in central asia, taking Persian culture and flipping to that side.:)

Besides in my mod that i created to have a real world, Germans always colonized Siberia and central asia which made me mad(Hey, Russians wake up!).:mad:

Moreover I had Aztecs and Iroqous crippled but Americans couldnot find their way for expansion.:mad:(thou too Americans, wake up!)
 
The Germans always encircled the Russians.
The Frenchs and the Germans always build their cities in Siberia.

We may need to add some more nomad tribe or nation in Middle asia to simulate the invason of nomad tribe into india, persia and china.

it is excellent
although there is some problem on the king unit linking problem
 
Right, i can fix the prob and let Russians and USA be more powerful, hmmmmmm also i may have to make Mongols more powerful.
 
New version, this mod is really really good, this will create a fast flopwing wealthy world and will be much more exciting.

I just changed a few rules to make the game better and faster also ya can sell gold ya know?
