Civ4 - BTS: On netbooks ?

Morning all,

Just got a Gateway LT3100 series netbook and was wondering if anyone knows how to get Civ onto it. I have no external DVD/CD rom drives for it.
I was gona try creating ISO files from the CD/DVDs and then mounting them for the install. Using tool like Deamon tools lite.
But my first disc for BTS wont create the ISO file. All the other discs work fine .

After much furstration I ended up trying a torrent file that had the isos files in it.
But on running it kept looking for the DVD/Rom drive. Even though it was mounted.

The Pc has 2gigs of ram and a dedicated video card.
Pretty sure it should handle the game easily.
Also now has Win7 on it.

Any ideas.

it removes the disc check for bts only

Back again.

LightBulb Doh! moment went off.
I Mapped my main PCs DVD-rom drive to a letter on the netbook.
Then ran the install over the network.
The patch 3.19 worked a charm. Thanks for that one.

back to civ now.
