Kitten: Got them. I don't open them until the deadline. Comes from my first judging experience in a game where I also played one of the countries. The rule was that the judge had to have his orders in and the deadline pass before looking at the orders.

Also have orders for Italy and Russia. That still leaves Germany, Austria and France to get them in.
