CivFanatics's Tic-Tac-Toe Tourney

Welcome to the first Tournament of Tic-Tac-Toe in CFC . The Rules are basic, One player marks with an "x" while the other player marks with an "o". The first part of the game is the sign up session where I assign each persion a letter (x or o). Once the game is in session each player will post there board with there mark then they would have to wait untill there opponent posts there mark. Lurkers are free to post to support there freinds .
