Hi guys,

What do you have to do when youre cities are in civil unrest ?
I have 4 cities and all of them are in civil unrest, but I don't know what to do, cause you can't build nothing anymore in the cities.

What to do ?

Use entertainers to produce enough luxuries to bring the city out of disorder. If you click on the city centre the governor will do this for you. Once you have restored order, either get access to luxury resources (like Gems, Wines, Ivory etc) or build happiness improvements.

acquire more luxuries (trough trade, by founding new colonies/cities and building roads, by war)

and, sorry, but you had this coming:

RTFM!
(or at least the civilopedia - after all the game gives you a link to the unrest entry)

isnt really much else to say after Lt.'Killer'M. pretty much gave you all the ways.
welcome to the forums
but you should at least know that when you get stuck you read the manual or civilopedia

@Lt.'Killer'M do you know how hard it is to write your name out with all the capitals and fullstops? :)

Alright, as a school teacher, I feel it is my duty to point out that paople are different and learn through various mediums. Our new friend may not learn well in isolation, therefore, preferring to engage a community. ;)

Hey wait a minute here ! Are you suggesting that when the manual says "you", it does NOT means me ?

Gee wheez. Another Santa Claus disappointment.

if so, then shouldn't our friend adhere to the rules of the community and post his Qs in the FAQ first??? ;)

and, to be exact, paople may vary, but civfanatics don't!

It'll all be so much easier when we are transformed into a cybernetic species, and the games we buy will come as chip implants to be installed behind the cerebral cortex.
