I doubt if you're missing a page... The first link in this thread is for FFH2 032, the ones below (thread and download) for FF. The other "Scions" thread only has a Fall Further link.
The names of the downloaded zip files are different:
SOP_ff2_032_1_1.zip - for FFH2 032.
SOP_ff_1_12.zip - for Fall Further 031.
Can you be more specific about what went wrong? A CTD is almost certainly a problem with an art file, for example.
