The Roman Hispanian provinces? I didn't think of doing them, all though doing the native people was all ways a thought for me.
Ok up first Tarraconensis, when you say "+1

for Mining Resources and whenever you connect a mining resource." Does that mean you get a solid +1

production on all mining resources aka mines? And what what are you trying to say in the second part of that sentence? Regarding the Aquaductus Auro, do you get a copy of gold and silver in the city that you built the Aquaductus Auro in? And where did you get the idea of the Aegyptium Templum from?
Next Lusitania, I quite like the UA. It's simple and effective, the Balineum Limen is a nice stone works replacement. With the Garum Artifex, for you to get the fish saurce luxury do you need to be next to a coast or river? Or can you get it from inland cities as well?
And finally we have Baetica (who I keep confusing it with Bactria). That first half of the UA reminds me of India's UA. Colonia's sound nice, so do the Latifundium.
Over all these are some really nice civs. Where did you get your information from? Cause some of these words and terms are unfamiliar to me, which means I don't know them, which means I'm not learning, which means I'm not being a proper human being. Since we're going for an ancient theme here I've set myself a challenge. My grandfather gave me a book recently called, Reader's Digest. Vanished Civilizations, (yeah he's a history nerd like me, so is my mother). So my challenge is to propose a civ about the Elamites based around Susa and post it here, with using only this book as my source of information, (unless I absolutely have to use another source). So that means either by tomorrow or Monday you might see me post something about the Elamites.
