I’m here because I wanna know how would I play Jose Rizal being diplo+cultural with extra bonuses on narrative events. Will he have more than the usual narrtive events? I dont know if im going for the same civs with the same attributes or i should pick civs with a whole different set of attributes to maximize his abilities? Im kinda confused

He would have more of the random narrative events that happen as a result of in-game actions. Like the one we've seen where overbuilding an Altar in Exploration gives a narrative event that can give you a Relic or something like Culture. Rizal simply has more of those.
The best way to strategize around Rizal (in my opinion) is to focus on the other part of his ability, the Celebrations. Try to get as many as possible by maximizing Happiness. Use his Diplomacy Attribute points to pick up the Happiness bonuses in that tree.
