Sure, blame it on the dog, very regal of Her Capriciousness...

Schizo Jericho has left the country to go to the land of Dell, where he hears they have great computers. He plans to buy a computer because his old computer broke down and died and no tech expert exists in Schizo land, since computers havent been invented yet.

but you can still play, right?

To all:

Lizzyville faces a defining moment in its history. If her Royal Majesty's light dims and goes it, I would like to say what a pleasure it has been to play in this MP game with you folks. If, on the other hand, our glorious crab warriors once again give the cold warriors a spanking, we'll be around for awhile more.

Stay tuned...

and now a word from our sponsors.

When your muscles are beaten-up, there's nothing like the ''Deep-Cold'' Ointment.

I suspect that your light is safe for a few more turns yet. My axemen will prepare for this battle with their from fallen comrades' mistakes fresh in their memory. :ninja:

I have a suggestion. Why don't you try some trickery?

Pile all of your axemen up on at the front gates of Lizzyville. Make them look like a stack of dead troops, offered up as a gift to the Queen. Be sure to make it realistic by chopping off an arm here, a leg there. A nice bloody pile and all.

Then when the Queen brings her gift inside her walls, and lays them out to view in triumph, have them all stand up and attack. You'll have surprise on your hands and you'll be able to conquern Lizzyville with ease...

An interesting plan, but I think they may suss it out - we tried sending a Trojan Sheep in to New Raisinville, but forgot to put any troops in it.

We would never be fooled by such trickery! We are the soul of our nation and know all that transpires with our holy land. In fact, we don't need Taoism, as we are ourselves worthy of worship! The HOMBT is now officially known as the HOMBL!!

You'll have to excuse Lizzy... She's gotten it into her head that she's a Goddess or some such nonsense..

Heck, I take issue with the M more than I do the T... :mischief:

I can't hold in my secret any longer. Did you know that Lizzyville is situated atop a copper mine? :D

EDIT: (you probably shouldn't have weakened your axemen by attacking my swordsman. My units had movement points left this turn!)

Dateline - Lizzyville:

Forces of Cold and HOMBL met this night west of our glorious capital. The clash of axe on axe and the whoosh of arrows reverberated through the streets as the mighty armies clashed, the future of Lizzyville hanging in the balance of the battle's outcome. Despair swept the Capital as the ragged and bloodies regiment of axemen limped back through the city gates. Fearful of impending defeat, the citizenry was near panic and preparing to flee the Capital. But wait...what is that piece of cloth the lead axeman carries? Yes, it was the standard of the Cold Warriors! Bloodied and weary our troops were, yet victorious as well!!

The Axeman commander pushed his way to the head of the milling throng of civilians. "Aye, for Lizzy our beloved Goddess, we smashed our foe, though it cost us dearly! Our fate rests now in the hands of our archers, still yet battling against that scourge of a regiment which vanquished our mighty swordsmen earlier in the day. Let us pray to Lizzy that our swordsmen bloodied them enough for our nimble archers to finish them off."

Just as the crowd burst into wild ululations, a flaming arrow careened into the courtyard, upon which afixed was a message tube. The citizen whose leg was pierced by the arrow ignored his pain and excitedly extracted the note. "VICTORY IS OURS! We are too weak to march back to the city this night, but let the word spread that Lizzyville is saved! Praise be to our Goddess and our Queen. Hail Lizzy!"

Nyah nyah nyah nyah nyah! Crabs rule! :D

Yes, that became clear when my forces arrived at the walls of your city. :p

Actually the mistake wasn't related to movement points, it was not seeing that damned road amongst the trees. I was willing to risk the results of you attacking over the river (even with your customary luck) but not around it. :wallbash:

That said, Lizzyville is indeed safe. For now. But the city will still eventually fall, even at a 2-for-1 loss rate and a few :spear:
