The BtS patch changed a couple things in the Warlords core game files - apparently insignificantly, but enough to trigger the version mismatch error. If you're able to play, go ahead and keep playing (it won't be a problem) but one thing I read is that if you re-apply the Warlords 2.13 patch, it'll fix the error message without breaking anything else.
