CivUp v.36 and Gem 1.065 Loading Maps

I use scenario maps and since the latest updates I have been unable to start a game with any of my maps. I can play using an in game map ie.. Cont Plus map.
I know there was a similar problem awhile back with VEM.

Which scenario are you having trouble with, and what happens when you try to start it? I'm able to start the scenario I use for testing.
