Did I miss them? I started a thread a while ago but got sort of huffy after it got slowed down and stopped in the process...
So far, all we have is this from the Constitution. If you think something should go into the CoL please comment on that in the Triumvirate 5.0 thread.
A lower form of law may specify judicial procedures and standards for the conduct of Judicial Reviews and Citizen Complaints. If the law does not define such procedures, then the responsibility for setting procedures is granted to the Judiciary.
