Yes, I used the Conquest "Age of Discovery" scenario as a starting point and made the changes listed in my previous post. All that's left is to finish adding the founding fathers as a spaceship victory.

Qutie a bit has happened since last post like the birth of a daughter. Was putting finishing touches on everything when the .biq file kept disappearing from my directory! Has anyone experienced anything similar? Maybe a finished product by the end of the month.
