Lurker's comment: Communisto, it's completely unrealistic that the Qin Emperor would agree to a formal alliance and agree to have foreign troops inside of China if a revolt started there.... also, Qin China would never acknowledge the Mauryan "Empire" since the Chinese at this time believed that they were the only civilized nation in the world and that everyone else were barbarians and thus inferior to the Chinese... because of that treaty was agreed by the Qin Emperor, it would mean complete widespread opposition althroughout china involving the peasantry, government officials, and soldiers as well anyone that were chinese outside of the Emperor's private council...

I think pouplation and how organized a govenment is should have a impact on colonazation. Qin China and Maurya would have a eaiser time expanding then the Aztecs or Zulu.

sorry to say, i think this nes is dead. I have tried moding and found i do not have the patience for it, and thus I wont mod anymore unless i have a huge urge for it. Thanks to everyone who played my shamefull experement, i apologise for the inconvenience.
