Bigger! Better! A heck of a lot more simple than the previous SimCity 4 game! You don't just get your own island, YOU GET YOUR OWN CITY!!!!!

Requirements and Setup:
1) Patched Rush Hour or Deluxe editions of SimCity 4 only.
2) Go to http://www.croxis.net/sc4/ and register your account.
3) After reading the remainder of this post, you may download the region (FANATOPIA II) by doing the following:
* At the region list menu, click on the disk image to download the entire region zipped.
* Extract the zip to My Documents\SimCity 4\Regions
4) Enter the region screen at http://www.croxis.net/sc4/, select the plot of land for the city of your dreams, click on Begin Term and be mayor of that city for life!
5) Post screenshots and upload your city frequently (if you make changes of cource!)!
Important Notes, FYIs and stuff:
*There is a 4 point limit to the number of cites you may have. Large cities are worth 4 points so you may only play one large city. Medium cities are worth 2 points and small cities are worth one, meaning you may play 2 medium cities, a medium and 2 smalls, or whatever you may chose to play.
* Because cities are not established yet God Mode is still available. You are more than welcome to add forest, animals, and terraform your future city to your heart's content. There are only two conditions:
1) If you have a city that is part of the ring water way you must maintain the water connection (you may change the river path if you wish)
2) You MUST reconcile edges before you begin your city in order to maintain continuity with the rest of the region.
Here's the in-game rules:
1) Before you start a session with this region, download the zip per instructions above so you have the latest cities in the region. (In case you didn't know, demand for something in a connected neighbor city will increase that demand in your city).
2) Check to see if your neighbors made any new connections. If they have you will need to open their city, bulldoze and remake the connections so they register in your city. Save their city and then continue to yours (this is assuming you WANT their connections in the first place
)
3) You must reconcile edges for any major terraforming you do to maintain continuity
4) If you add a connection to your neighbor, post in this thread to alert them.
5) If you resign your mayorship at http://www.croxis.net/sc4 , then your city is fair game to others.
6) No lude markings, buildings, or city names
Custom Content Policy
Unlike the previous game, you may add whatever custom content you wish. The only required one is some version of the network addon mod. Please post the names, a small description (if needed), and a link to the custom content and cheats you use. I will maintain a central list in the second post so if others with to look at your city they may do so.
