Communism III

sloppycoder,in a society,people don't fight,they prefer social peace i think n it's the same for wars,they prefer peace too.
Wealth should be limited by taxes. And in Switzerland, women n men have the same wage for the same work.
It's true that throughout history,in most countries, those controlling the economy ruled because the state lives with money, not air n water. However, many times, ownership was limited n debts cancelled.

Wealth should be limited by taxes? Doesn't that mean incentive is limited by taxes?

I'm sorry, I don't believe in punishing people for making good financial decisions.

Yes,people would vote for a minimum wealth n a maximum wealth.
No tax on ur wage but benefits would be redistributed n there would be taxes on those benefits.I don't think it's good to be too rich.Look at Michael Jackson
The whole community would benefit from incentive.U got an idea, people vote for it,it works n benefits are redistributed.

Incentive.
Don't insult yourself, rmsharpe. A mule will climb mountains without a carrot dangling in it's face. A mouse will run mazes without any cheese to be had. A gerbil will work itself to exhastion on it's little treadmill. They're built for action, and don't need incentive to work. You are Homo Sapiens Sapiens, so you certainly need no incentive. Your mind raises you above the level of rewards and punishments. You only want the opportunity to be productive, and you'll do it, because that's how you are made.

Damien. We have minimum wealth now in BC. Unfortunately, the landlords closely follow it by adjusting rent. Every time we bump it up, the rents bump up by the same amount. This obviously thwarts our attempts to improve poorer peoples' financial situation. The landlords may as well just walk into the welfare offices to pick up their checks. A fraction of the landlords set rents reasonably, so we have huge variation in rent levels, based on the landlord's greed. I think that rent controls or cooperative housing would be essential where there is minimum wealth.

No income tax, but fees for services (benefits)?

That's absolutely ridiculous. You are effectively saying then that the only satisfaction that a person needs is the satisfaction of having done something productive?

Kim Il-Sung would have been proud of you.
