It's listed as 'coming soon' from what I can tell.
My question is the same as Senteliks':
is E&D no longer considered compatible? It's mentioned as 'see below', then in the links below, the version that's supposed to be CBP compatible isn't linked to anymore.
Also, the installer includes everything for CSD and C4D required for the EUI version as well? That's awesome. ^_^

Where is the E&D version for CBP?
Gone. No longer compatible, as it was an early version of E&D and was full of bugs. You can use the original version, I believe, without problem.

New version uploaded. Files affected:
All of them (migrated and optimized files to better folder structure, and added automatic installers).
Rewrote 'How to Install' page and added automatic installers. Should help new users quite a bit.
Not savegame compatible with previous versions. Sorry!

No problem for me. Have you checked that the detected path is actually the real one?

Did you delete the previous version of EUI?
EDIT: I know what is the problem, I have Civ5 installed on another drive and the installer assumed I installed it into Program Files folder.
No , if i install only the CP + CBP + EUI(for CBP) there is no city banner and you can't enter the city screen , unless i grab the compatibility file and delete the dependencies in the .modinfo , but then i have bugs with the missing mods , like the C4DF features showing up broken in the diplomacy screen "TXT ...." .
Sorry, misunderstood question. Yeah, you need to use CBP CSD C4DF and More Luxuries together if you want EUI with the CBP. I can't cater to everyone's preferences, sorry, way too many files to try and corral that way. Use all the files together appropriately, or don't use EUI.

Re-uploaded CP and automatic installers - caught a small CTD. Fixed, is savegame compatible.

I haven't tested it, but from what I've heard, some people use it and it works. I'unno. E&D is an interesting mod, but the heavily reliance on LUA makes me not recommend it (especially as a lot of CTD reports that I receive are linked to bad LUA).

The main reason I wonder is because you have one of ViceVirtuoso's mods on the recommendation list, and his civs are better with it going. I may try it with the non-CBP one, to see.
