About my new computer: if I install Vista, how easy it is to move everything from XP to it?
1. YesI might buy a video card and have practically no knowledge about them. So here's couple questions:
1. If computer has AGP-port, can you still install video card in a pci-slot?
2. Does it matter if the RAM in VC is different type than in the motherboard?
3. The descripirion of one card said "dvi/tv-out". What is dvi in this context?
4. I have ordinary VGA-monitor, should I presume that I can plug it to any (most) modern videocards?
5. Is there something else I should know before buying?

I'm thinking about getting a new computer in a few months after I start working. A brand new laptop would be nice, but maybe a desktop? I can't decide. Which would be better & why?
Flash?...It's me again: if I install XP to the new computer, which is the best/easiest way to move my stuff to it?
