Configuring Game Data

Perhaps not a bug, more of a question. Every time I load a save game (new save game since the latest patch) I got this popup 'Configuring Game Data..'. The popup also appears when when I leave the game by going back to main menu.

So, it is suppose to be like this now? Is it temporary?

I have verified local files and emptied the cache and also I have no mods installed.

Same here. yesterday was fine. Today all my mods just disappeared I had to delete the moddatabase thing and it worked and now this message pops up everytime i start a game or go back to the menu
