[BTS] Confused about bulbing Philosophy

Just popped a GScientist and trying to bulb Philosophy but can only bulb Compass. Wondering why... What can I do to make the GScientist bulb Philo?

Philosophy requires Meditation, which you don't have. Because of that the GS can't bulb it, and thus instead bulbs the next available tech on his bulb list, which in this case is Compass.

Yeah and Confusionism normally comes with the CoL technology.

You should not be confused by bulbing Philo. You should be tao'ed instead.
