Conquests: distorted graphics

I recently downloaded Conquests online (legally) and installed it, but when I'm playing the game some of the graphics are distorted or they are displaying funny colors. I can't see the map or the staus window at the bottom of the screeen because they are all fuzzy. The pop-up menus are pink! The game is still functional and playable, but the distorted colors are distracting and can make the menus very hard to read.

I wonder if maybe there are some art files missing, or if it's a problem with the color or resolution on my system. Does anyone have an explanation? Thanks in advance.

It does sound like you've got a corrupted install. You might want to check with the vendor and see what they say. Possibly you'll need to redownload it and reinstall.

Or maybe a wacked out graphics card? Tell me, is it that way with other games too?
