Conquests features comprehensive survey

Could some1 please tell me what the MINIMUM system requirements are for Conquests and when it will be released in Australia?

Because it is an expansion pack does that mean it will be cheaper than a full version game?

Merepatra is probably the best source for release date in Australia.

The minimum requirements vary, depending on which site you choose to use.

I'm sorry I'm confused, there is 3 different system requirements here. Which one applys to the Australian version or PAL version I think its called. (Something to do with the word Pacific and Asia.)

It depends on which site you believe. Based on another post elsewhere, the Australian version will probably be using the US version.

I gave the different links to show what the range is. Which one is most accurate, I am not sure.

In my experience with looking for system requirements, I look at several sites and go with the maximum requirements as a safe guess. I learned long ago not to trust what the CD case and/or game will have listed on it. I have found it is better to overshoot the system minimum requirements than to underguess them.

Also, these sites don't give any information on how having PtW installed/not installed will affect these numbers. Maybe Firaxis or Breakaway will pop in with a definitive answer. :)

For what it is worth, Atari/Infogrames is the company putting out the game.

Does your computer meet or exceed the highest of these specs (Pentium II, 550Mhz, 128 MB RAM, Hard Disk Space: 800 MB free (in addition to the 600 MB required by Civilization III))?

BTW, I have a question, those the Austrian Civ will be given 2 types???
If so what will be???

Another Q (Q=question), with techs will active the Sci. leaders???

IIRC I read some time ago that true "either-or" tech trees would be enabled -- i.e., if two designated techs are available for research, and one is chosen, then the other cannot be researched.

True / False / Yeah you heard the rumor too?

Thanks,

Oz

I think that should actually be the Middle Ages Scenario instead of Crusades, I think that I got them mixed up.

I just hope they don't change anything about,
The Roman Empire!!

Not the Color, anything. Or I wont play anymore.

Becuse that is the Superior Civ, in Civilization 3, in every way.

... Well, if you REALLY want to bait him, try "Dromon" :D

I think that we are calling a moderator, not Xen ;)

Moderator Action: Yes, you are calling a moderator.

While I am pretty sure Xen would see the humor here, it is too close to bashing, not to mention decidedly off-topic. ;)

So knock it off.
