I got this idea while working on a project. If all the nations of each continent were to unite, what would their flag look like? Draw a flag design for either North America, South America, Europe, Antarctica, Africa, Asia or Australia-Indonesia (I'm not gonna make it that easy ;)) Begin!

this one is easy :) its a work in progress - but we won't change our flag anymore :p

I would like to think continental flags would have colored based on an average color the countries on a continent have in their flags. Like North America for example. A lot of countries there have red in their flag. Then is white and then is blue. I would think there could be perhaps 3 stripes in a North American flag to symbolize the 3 major colonial powers that established the first permanent connection between North America and the world and perhaps how many stars for the nations that inhabit it.

That was hard.

Red would be much more appropriate for SE Asia, where almost everyone uses it right now.

The first one isn't a flag of Europe, it's a flag of the EU. Many European countries are not part of the EU, such as Norway and Switzerland.

An Australian flag, is not an Australasian flag.

Yes, it's not the flag of Europe, but "If all the nations of each continent were to unite, what would their flag look like?". It's obvious it's going to be something close to that.

But - and I say it as a Swiss - sometimes in the future, Europe will be unified and this will be the flag. Even if this doesn't come true, the EU flag will be seen as representing Europe. point.

Hmm that's true. I suppose green would be a cool color to symbolize Greenland and its role in being part of the earliest European contact with North America.
