Every time I choose the Continental Surveyor (Reveal coasts on map) I can't click on the "Next turn" button at turn one.
I can, how ever, do everything else like move units, build etc.
I've had the next turn button stop responding to me occasionally on turn one. I didn't keep track of whether I was using continental surveyor or not. I have had games where I used continental surveyor and didn't get that bug.
