"Coolest" Wonder? (Preliminary)

Building a Wonder in Civilization 5 is an immersive experience. I love the idea that my people run a massive construction project, giving birth to a giant monument and growing attached generations after generations, providing certain "bonuses" over other nations. Despite Wonders being harder to reach on higher difficulties and some being useless, you can't deny the satisfaction of admiring your work served with fine painting and nice music. (Especially if you built it for the first time!) We have seen the "Rate the Wonders" threads where people put a priority on Wonders offering a gameplay advantage, and I think we should have a thread discussing the "aesthetic" side which shouldn't be downlooked. I have decided to start a contest where people vote for their favorite Wonder in the game.


This contest is divided into three threads. Preliminary, Finals, Results. Once the 10 candidates are chosen from the Preliminary by elimination, the Finals will feature a poll where you will have to choose for only one. The Results will announce the winner and close the contest.

Criterias:
-Presentation (overall)
-Visual appeal (painting)
-Musical appeal (music)
-Literary appeal (quote)



For the preliminary part, substract 3 from the Wonder you wish to grade down and add 1 to the Wonder you wish to preserve. The scores start at 12.

I love how the Songhai are done in this game. Nice leaderscreen, voice acting, decent UA/UU/UB, and especially their peace theme. Great Mosque of Djenne is an underrated Wonder deserving more attention, I mean, I felt awe from the painting and the music and its great Muslim feel!
