As of turn 90, who do you predict is going to win Children of the Emperor?

Kagaku.
I am biased but with Japan now at four cities the Bunka are going to find it difficult to gather enough culture to start the Utopia project
The Gaiko rely on the goodwill of others to let them bribe the city-states they need to win.
The Shihai are all that really stand in the way of a Kagaku victory purely thanks to weight of numbers.

Much as I'd like to vote for my Gaiko cohorts, I think the infighting within the Japanese empire will mean that we are unable to agree enough near the end of the game to gain a victory. Don't think any of the empires we've met thus far will be good enough to win either, so gone for someone else. Hopefully Rammy!

My glorious Kagaku Clan or a strong second behind the Shihai is my guess. As the game progresses the Bunka will drop away IMO and the Gaiko just don't ave the clout.

I don't think that Japan will win simply due to the factor of competing interests preventing decisive responses to foreign activities.

so i voted for someone else to win

However if Japan does survive and prosper I would say Shihai and Kagaku have the best chance due to numbers (although both will find it difficult due to other clans resistance). The Bunka could win it since they arent dependant on goodwill like the Gaiko, but numerically they will need to play the game like a harp to gather up the culture to create a utopia.

I signed up for the Gaiko clan before the game started because I thought they would win, and I still think we will win. I have my reasons, but I'm not telling
