In my COTM17 game I can't upgrade my curraghs to galleys? Is this a bug or was this turned off?
Before you ask, yes I have a harbor in the city and yes I know Map Making. The city itself is building galleys.

I upgraded 2 curraghs to galleys. I don't know what's wrong in your game.
You know, I wasn't even paying attention to my gold amount. I'm betting that was probably it. I don't have the gold right now to try so I'll have to wait and see. Thanks, might be wise for me to take a break and gather my head!
