COTM question for Ainwood and/or AlanH

The GOTMs for vanilla civ and PTW were always on regent level or higher, but now in C3C there are two new levels. What levels will the COTMs be played on?
Regent and above?
or something else, like regent, monarch, emperor and demi-god?

Somehow I think a sid level COTM would not be very appealing to a lot of players around here (myself included...)

I don't think there are any hard and fast rules on difficulty, but you can probably assume the range will remain Regent to Deity on both platforms, with Demi-God as an extra option on C3C.
