Council Vote - Noble reward for FortyJ

This is a brief RPG intrusion into the normal game. The President has the power to raise people to the peerage by bestowing noble titles. A majority of the Council must support the endowment.

I wish to grant FortyJ the title of Duke as a reward for his fantastic service to Fanatika, particularly his dedication to the cartographic aspects of the game. Although he is not active in the RPG itself, this will serve as a measure of appreciation for his activities.

All Council Members should respond here with a vote of YES, NO or ABSTAIN. Like all Council Votes, this vote will end if an unbeatable majority is formed. Otherwise it will end after 48 hours or when a quorum is formed, whichever comes later.

Unfortunately the crown does not have the power to grant you the land that should come with such a title so for now it is solely a title of import, not means.
