I just had Brasilia come stomping onto my screen complaining that he caught one of my agents in one of his cities. The thing of it though is that I hadn't had any agent anywhere in his territory for over 50 turns. Am I being framed by one of the other factions?
In this situation, I'm being given only two choices: 1) "Our agents will go wherever I tell them to go", and 2) "We apologize for this breach of etiquette." Where's the choice for, "You must be mistaken because we have no agents in your territory"? Or, "We're being framed!"
