All right, per request, here is a thread for Crack the Case. This is a bit of a fun game from the 1990s that I picked up in a thrift store. We had a good deal of fun with it on IOTchat, so may as well put it on a thread for long term mystery-solving. I do plan on doing other games on IOTchat, as there are MANY puzzles in this game to solve.

The Rules

I will provide the details of the case, along with the mystery that needs to be solved. You may ask only yes or no questions, and I will answer them in a timelyish manner. The winner is the one who posts the complete solution to the Mystery provided first, answering all of the questions asked by the Mystery.

At any point if the majority of players request it, 2 clues can be provided for each Mystery. All it takes is a majority to request it for a clue to be provided. On the other hand, receiving the clue will diminish the total amount of points that can be received by solving the puzzle. The total amount that can be received is 7 points.

The Case
A young man wakes up on the side of a desert road with a nasty bruise on his temple. He has no car, no possessions, and no clothes to his name. In fact, he can't even remember his name, since the blow to his head has left him with amnesia. Desperately, he looks around in search of a clue that might tell him who he is. That's when he notices a tattoo on his left arm. There are three short rows of letters:

Eb - Ob
wsn
SWIS S
