Crash when I try to laod game

Hi,

I installed CIV on my laptop as well, but didn't play ever...

Now on my PC I got the message that I will lose my progress when I'll play. So far so good...
After starting the game I tried to open a saved game and got a runtime error crah.

Even after re installing the game that happens still again...

any Ideas?
