Crashing on end turn

Hi guys,

I really love this mod, but I've had problems with it crashing on turn end in 2 separate games now. Save files and my dxdiag are attached. Both of these saves crash for me when I end the turn. I'm running Win 7 x64 right now. If nobody has a quick fix, I'll see if booting into XP helps.
