Crashings

Alright, I have found myself completely lost on what's wrong. I have my mod all ready with added units and such. The problem is, whenever i try building a city, the game screen goes black and the game instantly crashes, returning to my desktop. Does anyone have any idea of what could be causing the problem? Thanks!

Perhaps be a bit more specific and also, try to post the mod.

Alright, I figured out what was wrong. My units_32 file was the problem so i just replaced it with the original back up file and now it works.
