Created a quick buff to America and Russia

Changes include minor adjustments:

America:
- +2 Production from Grassland
- +10 Combat strength fighting on Homeland

Russia:
- +2 Production from Tundra
- +2 Gold from Tundra

If I was able to upload the .xml file all you would need to do is replace the old .xml file.

Once various mod tools are available I'll be making additional Civs, Units, Civics, Leader Abilites, and Traits.

Replace 'Civilization' and 'Leaders' in the base > assets > gameplay > data folder of your Civilization VI. Replace 'Civilizations_Text' and 'Leaders_Text' in the base > assets > text folder.
