The peoples republic of China has declared war on us, and we will act accordingly. The National Air Guards in California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska and Hawaii will mobilize and defend the American coast. Our ambassador in China has followed the EU's example and flown home.
The USA would nevertheless like to make the following clear: we have no quarrel with the people of China, but with the men in Beijing. Our goal will never be to wage war on civilians.
For some time we have been able to cooperate with India in the field of science and we will not pursue conflict with India. We hope that you will take a similar decision, we are definetely not your enemies.
One last thing. I know that the tone between me and chairman Eivind has been harsh lately, but not harsh enough for a war. Chairman Eivind, we are both civilized people, if you are willing to resume negotiations I am listening. My position is not locked. If you can follow the path of peace it will not be seen as a sign of weakness, but of great bravery.
President Pavlov would also like to thank the EU for its support but sincerely hope it shall not be needed.
