President Mordhiem is shocked at Chariman Eivind's move. He cannot fathom why he would be willing to wage a war against the most powerful country in the world over what are mere childish insults! Nevertheless, the EU will stand by the USA both militarily and diplomatically. The EU embassy in China has destroyed all sensitive information at thier disposal and evacuated the country. We seriously hope that this terrible action can be reversed.

The peoples republic of China has declared war on us, and we will act accordingly. The National Air Guards in California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska and Hawaii will mobilize and defend the American coast. Our ambassador in China has followed the EU's example and flown home.

Yep, but once someone researches nuclear disarmament the "nuclear proliferation" wonder is obsolete, so nobody built it. Europe probably made a beeline for the tech.
