So I was poking around Futureshop's website when I saw this.

Crysis 2 is listed as $69.99 for the PC. The price is the same for the X-Box 360 and PS3 versions. There is also an ENTIRELY SEPARATE 3D version for the same price.

I enjoyed the first Crysis, but I never got into and barely played the multiplayer. I'm certainly NOT paying $70 (plus almost $8.5 in tax) for a regular edition PC game, especially when the first game was little more than a glorified tech demo.

Still though, its not released until March so the information there might be wrong and could change.. Though, if the game doesn't sell well I'm sure the devs will whine about piracy again and wonder why it didn't sell well xD

$70 for the PC? Are you joking?

Oh wait, canadian dollars. :p

Still though, that's too high IMO

Video games are all too expensive now... it's what pisses me off about devs complaining about piracy. You charge 3x as much for a game as you did just a few years ago, and the gameplay is often comparably no better (no better graphics are not worth more money) and then complain about piracy. Be smarter. It has to be a bloody good game for me to pay £40, but I would happily pay ten for an above average game.
