23 fighter jets of which 18 were confirmed armed, flew over the United States but remained in what it considers "international airspace." The American airforce intercepted the planes quickly demanding them to land. The Cuban government protested that the planes were well into international airspace and did not have to listen to the US demands. Unfortunately, two of the planes clipped wings while the Cuban pilot survived, the Coast Guard continues to look for the American pilot. When the American Coast Guard tried rescuing the Cuban he refused demanding to have a Cuban helicopter come and retreive him.
John Bolten issued a formal complaint to the United Nations, which quickly responded to the complaint by telling America that it was their fault for chasing Cuban planes in international airspace. Kofi Annan demanded the United States to reimburse Cuba for the downed airplane, and allow Cuba to send an occupying force of 40,000 troops to the islands of Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
The Cuban troops can set a fence across Puerto Rico so long as they protect the interest of 250,000 Cuban immigrants that will colonate the island while existing residents of Puerto Rico will have to relocate, and have the United States reimburse them for losing their homes and businesses. The new Puerto Rican government will have to share equal power with the Cuban colonators, and Cuba, America, Puerto Rico and Britain will have rotating seats in a newly established Parliament.
Russia can sell Cuba weapons so long as they don't transport the weapons to Puerto Rico. And even if they do transport the weapons, we will only call on an investigation and allow Russia to sell another 50 survace to air missiles.
Cuba can continue to fly into airspace over the United States so long as it is in International Airspace. America should grow up and not intercept Cuban planes that fly into airspace over America. Get a backbone America. The Cuban missile crisis is even older than that old Cyprus invasion back in 1975.
