Arabia (16-3)=13 The Last Prophet guarantees the player a GP, but there the other civs will have taken the better religious beliefs prior.

Arabia = 13 + 1 = 14 (Last prophet really makes them the only consistently viable play for religion on highest difficulty and I love not having to expend early resources to get benefits of a religion. The rest of their abilities are great too and maybe the best overall UU/UB combination.)

China 9 - 3 = 6 (I think they are the weakest by a wide margin. I do like the builder charges in combination with pyramids but after that it's all downhill)

Arabia = 15 (14+1) I'll bump Arabia, whose synergy with faith and science is amazing. Mamluk's heal makes for a strong Knight rush. Enjoy a religion on high difficulties without wasting resources at the beginning of the game.

China = 3 (6-3) ULA is amazing, and the rest of their bonuses are solid, but it's getting to be crunch time.

Germany = 22 - 3 = 19 Don't think is should rate higher than Sumeria.

Sumeria = 13 + 1 = 14 After Rome, I think this is the best.

Aztec = 14-3=11 - Now with Rome finally eliminated, I can go for my next target. Legend of Five Suns is great ability. Gifts for the Tlatoani are decent. Amenities are fine, bonus strenght is somewhat good. Tlachtli is weak to me. Eagle Warrior is great unit, but it has one big flaw - his ability doesn't stay with swordman upgrade. And you can only capture other civs units as worker. Aztecs are good civ, but now it's their time to go, I guess...
China = 3+1=4 - Spending one pointless point to save China. Bonus charge saves you money and production, Upgraded Eurekas and Inspirations allow you to be a little bit ahead. And of course, wonder spam... Wonder spam... Wonder spam... In my current game as China, I've built Oracle, Stonehenge, Hanging Gardens, Pyramids, Petra, Great Lighthouse, Colossus, Colosseum, Terracotta Army, now I'm going to spam Mahabodhi Temple and Great Library.

Germany = 20 (19+1) Up vote my favorate as they are one of the strongest.
Macedon = 0 (3-3) - ELIMINATED - Might as well get rid of them.

China = 5 (4 + 1) The best civ at tech progress, the best civ at civic progress and the best civ at early wonders. And on top of all that, they have the Pyramids' ability, which currently happens to be leading the wonders thread.

Sumeria = 11 (14 - 3) Worse than Scythia at early rushes, and the remainder of their bonuses are entirely underwhelming.

China = 2 (5-3) I think they are the least interesting left. The eureka bonus is nice, but also passive. Builders completing wonders is nice though and the extra charge as well. I think they belong in the top 10, but not in the top 5.

Scythia = 12 (11+1) Killer of Cyrus might just be the best ability in the game if you have any fighting to do. It applies to all kinds of units, even religious ones and ships. Barbarians are always a piece of cake with this one and you can use different tactics than usual because you know when your troops will heal again. The bonus against wounded units that belongs to this ability as well is also a nice one. The Kurgan and the Saka Horse Archer are not that great, but that is needed to balance the civ imho. Otherwise it would be ****oo bananas.

China = 2-3=0 China takes its bow! Not as interesting or as great as the others left.

Scythia = (12+1)=13 I still think Macedon shouldn't have been eliminated so early. If it was another Civ like Mongolia, but with basically the same abilities, people wouldn't have downvoted it so much. I think Scythia should survive Sumeria, with its potentially OP abilities.

Aztec = 11 + 1 = 12 (Not my favorite but in terms of all out power nobody beats the Aztecs. They make the game feel about 2 difficulty levels easier.)

Scythia = 13 - 3 = 10 (About equal with Sumeria and overpowered in the early game but I'm more partial to the early science and Eurekas of the latter)

Sumeria = 11 + 1 = 12 Probably the best.

Scythia = 5 (8-3) weak once you out tech the horse archers.

Scythia = 2 (5-3) A bit one dimensional.
Sumeria = 13 (12+1) War carts are the Ferraris of the Bronze Age.

Germany 21-3 = 18 (Strong civ but is way too far in the lead)

Sumeria = 13 +1 = 14 (Levy city states army for half the price allowing to defend them without sending troops check, get xp every turn for wars next to allies check (just send your army to your allies territory you will get one level per turn), goody huts when clearing barb camps check, declaring war at will when ally is at war check (best bud Persia), this is the best civ by far until we get Babylon).

Germany 18+1=19 - Actually, this is the strongest. One bonus district is over-overpowered. I can have everything I need. Science, Culture, Faith, Amenities, and I won't waste the population limit on it. Bonus military policy is the frosting on the cake.

Scythia = 2 (I won't bother with saving it. It's strong civ and best civ for warmongering. I would like to mention that Helicopters are light cavarly too. And Killer of Cyrus is one of the most overpowered abilities in game.)
Sumeria = 14-3=11 - All remaining civilizations are strong versatile civilizations. Except Scythia, that will always go for domination victory. But back to the Sumeria. Practically on every list I've seen so far, Sumeria was seriously underrated, so I'm glad it's so high now. But I compared them to Aztecs I downvoted yesterday. And Epic of Gilgamesh civ is weaker to me. War Carts are probably the greatest game changer units in game. Ziggurat is fine. Epic quest is fine, but tribal villages aren't very big game changers, and you don't have many barb camps throughout the game, do you? Adventures with Enkidu is... intrerresting. But I don't usually levy CS armies. City states have often some 5-10 units, and that's actually sometimes more than I have in my entire empire. But they rarely upgrade units, and I don't want to spend hundreds and thousands of gold to upgrade CS units to be at least a little bit useful. Declaring war on civs that attack your allies without warmonger penalty is mediocre, the joint war sharing bonus is weak to me, because AI never accepts joint wars from me and if they offer it to me, they denounce me for being warmonger five turns later.

Aztec = 13 (12+1) Not that I really care for any of those, and Germany does not need my help. Potential for builders from early wars and help with districts worth it.

Scythia = -1 = 2-3 ELIMINATED I don't like warmongering and don't use horsemen that much. Healing is nice but not necessary and other things are weak. bye!

Aztec = 14 (13+1) Stolen builders basically grant free districts. High production cities can build districts for lesser cities. However you spin it, it's good. Amenities improve military in all combat situations. Warmongering, Happiness, and Infrastructure are all top notch. Love 'em.

Sumeria = 8 (11-3) If Tomyris' OP rear end is out already, then no reason to keep the Gilgameister around either.
