Open up paint, load the image go to the image tab at the top, attribute and it will tell in the box that pops up.

How does it slow it down?
I cutted it down to less than 4KB and it was a REALLY exhausting process since it is an animated GIF.

And now you want to tell me I did all of that for nothing?

Btw, 4KB is really not much...
