Custom civs idea

I was trying to make some new civilizations to civ 5, but I'm very newbie at modding, so if someone wants to make those civs, i will be grateful... (Sorry for the bad english, i'm still learning)
1st civ - State of São Paulo:

UU: Bandeirante : Replaces musketman, good for explore and killing barbarians
