Dark matter

dark matter doesn't interact with EM stuff, so it will not have any color.
Do we know that it is separate from the universe we can "see"?

We're fairly certain it's not something that interacts with light or charged particles, it at least interacts with gravity and potentially interacts with other forces.

There's already particles we know of that begave like this (neutrinos)

We have mapped about 3 percent of the dark matter, which takes app. 22 % of the whole universe.

First, I guess your "percent" relates to 100% beeing a flat Universe with zero energy.
This is only a hypothesis by Guth, not a hard fact. A good hypothesis, but we know so little in that field that I agree with Hawkings who said something like: "10 years ago you had 1%, now you have 3% and are talking about 10%, better go out and search again" :D
