what py files (if any) are changed in version 1.23 compared to 1.22.2? (dont want to download 9mb with my modem and check it myself - takes forever... )

None whatsoever, though it will still break saves.

The only non-DLL work added is in TerrainInfos; No longer needed tags (TerrainUp, TerrainDown, etc) were removed; Boolean tag (bHell) added, makes it easier to track if it's a hell terrain or not rather than having to compare it vs it's TerrainClass's hell terrain, which is where it's normally handled.

bHell is really only used to spawn lairs.
