OK, no problem. It's good to know that people are excited to learn about this stuff.

First of all you need a paint program that can read .pcx's. I recommend Gimp 'cuz it's free and small (www.gimp.com). You could also get Photoshop ($200) or Paintshop Pro ($90).

There are two basic types of units:

Cut and Paste: You use FLICster. Just edit the storyboard in a paint program.
Simple Description
Serious Description

Animation: You use Poser or Bryce (Roughly $100-200) Or OpenFX which is free.
Poser Tutorial
Bryce Tutorial
OpenFX

That's just a brief lay-out, but I recommend getting FLICster, Civ3FlcEdit, and PEdit just search for those in the "Search" Box, and your good.

Thanks for all the support . I just installed everything except for gimp. I didn't sleep well last night so im just gonna chill maybe play some civ or FF8 the complicated civ stuff is for tommorow

How come there is no images? I can't use it did the download get messed up because there isn't a large, small, or units 32...or did you just not include those?

Wow! Chronicles of Darkness, now that's an impressive name. Did you think of it yourself?

Yea I did, I was sitting at my computer trying to think of a name (at that time the folder was just called Mod) and it just kind of came to me. Sounded like a good title so I used it.

EDIT:It seems that a few other units of yours don't have pics take for instance the headless horseman and hallowed Gem. I was going to use the headless horseman but not the hallowed jem. Just saying that if you want more "Lord Malbeth's" on the credits you might want to fix those too

The Healess Horseman has all the .pcx's, however the Hallowed gem is missing the Units_32 file. Is this what you are referring too?

The download must have gotten bad because the headless horseman didn't have any .pcx pictures maybe im just dumb more likely i'll download again thx for the pcx's for death mage im installing him now if only these were hear only. Last night i forgot about him and then i completed the upgrade path for every unit and now i gotta add him in
