It's possible that it is Kevinicus. I know he dropped out of Heihojin Game #3 and I took his place. I don't know if he quit just that game or all games. Maybe the game host of this game could give him a few more days and then retire his civ?

You just use the Admin password to open his save and than retire.

Oh, so that's what that password is for.

But I tried to open it, but that didn't work. But now I remember I'm not the host, but Unregister! I'll send the game to him; than he may retire. After that he should send the game to Melifluous.

I think you misunderstood...

Unregister is the host. He should load the savegame ment for Kevinicus and retire, so that Kevinicus is out of the game. Then he sends the game to Melifluous, who comes after Kevinicus, and then we can continue, without Kevinicus.
